Ford GT · 2005–2006
The first-generation Ford GT is a mid-engined homage to the Le Mans-winning GT40, built for just two model years around a supercharged 5.4-litre Modular V8 driving the rear wheels through a Ricardo six-speed transaxle. Only 4,038 were made, and it was Ford's last hand-assembled supercar before the twin-turbo 2017 GT.
